How are our products manufactured?

We use 3D printing to manufacture most of our products!

I placed my order but it hasn't shipped?

Please allow 5-7 days for processing. If your order still has not shipped after 7 days, please contact support@becreative3d.com

When will I receive my tacking number?

Tracking numbers are sent out when the product has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

What kind of shipping method do you use?

We use UPS and USPS to ship our packages

Custom requests?

At this time we are not accepting custom order requests. If you have any recommendations for color options, you can contact us at support@becreative3d.com and make the subject “Color Request”

How do I switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius?

Turn the Temp Station upside down and press the square button above the "F/C"

How do I see how many dabs I have taken?

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds and the Dab Count will appear to the right of the QR Code below your Temp Station ID

Will pressing the reset button clear my dab count?

Absolutely not! Your Dab Count is stored in dedicated memory in the Temp Station.

What is the QR Code for?

Scanning the QR Code will bring you to the QR page where you can access the Temp Station instructions, visit our store, visit our social media pages, and also sign up for an account.

What is a Temp Station ID?

Each Temp Station has a unique ID associated with it! Think of it as your own serial number

What temperature do you recommend for dabbing?

You can see a table of recommended dabbing temperatures in the instructions

Can I use my laptop charger if it is USB-C?

We do NOT recommend using laptop chargers or USB-C charging bricks to charge your Temp Station. This will significantly damage the battery and overall Temp Station performance. In our research, we have found that laptop chargers are too powerful and have the potential to shorten the lifespan of the Temp Station battery

My Temp Station won't turn on?

Turn the Temp Station upside down and press the square reset button labeled “R” If the problem persists, please send us an email at support@becreative3d.com and if possible, include a video showcasing the problem
